Richard Boyer, CPA

Richard G. Boyer is a 1971 Magna Cum Laude graduate of California State University at Long Beach, California. Following his tenure with a national accounting firm, he opened his own accounting practice in 1974. In 1978, he merged his accounting practice with Balser, Horowitz, Frank & Wakeling, an accounting corporation located in Orange County, California. Balser, Horowitz, Frank & Wakeling was formed in 1937 and enjoys a reputation for providing high quality, full service accounting both domestically and internationally. Mr. Boyer retired from Balser, Horowitz, Frank & Wakeling effective January 1, 1998.

Mr. Boyer continues to provide accounting, management advisory, banking, financial and estate planning, tax compliance, tax planning and tax representation services for profit and non-profit organizations both domestically and internationally through his company, The Gensley Group, Limited LLC. Mr. Boyer specializes in real estate development, gas and oil accounting, foreign tax planning and compliance, accounting and compliance for non-profit organizations, and general business organization and development.

James & Carol Owens

Mr. Owens is one of the pioneers of Contemporary Christian Music and the Modern Worship Movement. He is a Grammy and Dove nominated composer of some 250 published and recorded songs including 12 musicals.

Mr & Mrs. Owens have taught songwriting for over 25 years. They have been active in establishing intercessory prayer groups globally and will assist HFI in developing intercessory prayer groups and worship centers for the furtherance of HFI’s exempt purpose.
